Cancellation and Refund/Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at calyuva01@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8685968347.
    After this window, the order may already be processed or in transit and cannot be canceled.

  • After Shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return or refund (see below).


2. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
    Upon approval, we will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost or Undelivered Packages
    If your package is not delivered within 40 business days, we will initiate an investigation. If the item is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.

  • Non-Refundable Cases

    • Orders delayed due to customs clearance or weather disruptions

    • Minor delays within estimated shipping timelines

    • Items returned without prior approval

    • Change of mind after item is shipped
